Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an EXCHANGE ONLY. Please see below for our Exchange policy.
EXCHANGES
All returns must be returned to us within 7 days (USA) and 14 days (international) of receiving the return address from our customer care team.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item's condition and process the exchange. Please allow 7 days from receipt of your returned item for your exchange to be processed. Sugar Waist will notify you via email when this has been completed.
Please note that all returned items must be placed securely in their original packaging, in new, unaltered, and unworn condition, including any tags or labels. Sugar Waist reserves the right to refuse an exchange on items not returned in this states
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To exchange an item, please email customer service atΒ hello@sugarwaist.co within 7 days (USA) or 10 days for international customers from the date you receive your goods. Your subject line should read βEXCHANGE REQUESTβ and include it in your email
1) Your full name and order number
2) The item name you wish to exchange
3) The size you originally bought
4) The size you wish to exchange
5) A brief description of the issue you experienced.
Once our customer care team has received all of this information, we will get back to you with a return address.
Please note - that you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with any item(s) you choose to return.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method, as Sugar Waist will not be liable for any items lost in transit back to our office. In the event that we do not receive an item returned to us, we will not be able to process your exchange.
